Media Centre

The CATS media centre will combine the hybrid libraries of the SAI, ZO, and Institute of Anthropology with its focus on South and Southeast Asia. Their existing collections comprise about 500.000 volumes, which range from written original sources and printed texts to audio-visual and digitised collections, some of them unique in Germany or even Europe. Consolidating and further digital interpretation of these substantial resources in the future media centre of CATS will promote scientific collaboration and a rich interdisciplinary exchange.
